2. Products Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of our products (peptides and similar substances), we do not accept returns of products that have already been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
Products with manufacturing defects or that arrived damaged may be eligible for exchange or refund, provided that the customer contacts us within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt.
3. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, the customer must:
- Contact us by email. suporte@webodyhacking.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the product;
- Please provide the order number, the product in question, and the reason for the return.
- Send photos that prove the defect or damage, when applicable.
After review and approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Return Shipping
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of... webodyhacking.com Only in cases of defective products or shipping errors. For returns due to other reasons, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, if the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a period of up to 15 (fifteen) business days.
6. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging;
- Products outside the 7-day return period;
- Products purchased during specific promotions that indicate no right to return.
7. Products with Problems in Transit
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or suspected tampering, the customer should refuse delivery or contact us immediately via email. suporte@webodyhacking.com for guidance.
